Energetic Bodywork Session
Reiki is a vibration of energy that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and assists with the natural healing processes of the body. Reiki is provided with a gentle touch to the body or by hovering hands over the body to help restore physical and emotional well-being.

Group or Private Session
One to one, or one to many, Bryna can lead a yoga and mindfulness session or a vibrational sound session (singing bowls) customized to fit your needs. Sessions booked based on an hourly rate. Discounts available for multi-session package.
Guest/Co-Facilitator
As an experienced YTT facilitator Bryna encourages and empowers teachers to use yoga as a tool for leadership and resiliency. Priority is placed on approaches that are trauma-informed and adaptive to meet the needs of diverse populations through an emphasis on body-positivity and language inclusivity. Sessions are offered virtually or on-site.
