There is much we can learn about ourselves when we are willing to slow down, disconnect from the outside world, and tune inward.
Bryna’s passion is taking yoga and mindfulness out of the studio and into our communities as a tool for healing and resiliency. Her core principals guide her instruction: accessibility, self-compassion, and curiosity.

She believes in inclusivity and guides yoga practices that meet students where they are. She invites students to get curious about the sensations within their bodies and adapt postures to their individual needs rather than striving for perfection. This approach fosters self-compassion and creates a feeling of safety in one's own body.
